Mission Trips
Every couple of years Our director Jim Shiner takes a group of interested individuals on a mission trip over to Uganda to see their sponsored students, represent other sponsors by bringing gifts and taking photos of students, and doing ministry in the school and Church.

May 2017
This mission trip happened to include 12 people. Six people from Washington, four from Alaska, one from Arizona, and one from Louisiana.
Mattresses, Sheets, Blankets, Mosquito nets, Soap
During the May 2017 trip sponsors had opportunity to purchase any or all of these items for their sponsored child(ren)
October 2018
This mission trip included 13 people. Three from Eastern Washington, 6 from Western Washington, three from Alaska and one from Oregon.
Food
This years mission trip included the opportunity for people to buy their child(ren) food, including beans, rice, flour, sugar and oil- essentials!
March 2022
This mission trip included 11 people. Ten from Spokane Washington and one from Oregon. Eight of these were people who had never been to Ugnada before and many waited for many years as COVID cancelled other planned trips in 2020.
New Uniforms
Sponsors had opportunity on our planned 2020 trip to purchase a new uniform for their student. Which the majority of students wear every day and some get mighty worn out!
